Where Caribbean Culture and Queer Identity Thrive Together
Queer Caribbean Network builds community, celebrates our culture, and advocates for LGBTQ+ Caribbean people in Toronto and beyond. You belong here.
What We Do
Four pillars that guide our work and ground our community.
Community Events
Parties, brunches, picnics, and cultural celebrations where you can show up fully as yourself.
Cultural Programming
Art, music, storytelling, and dialogue rooted in Caribbean heritage and queer experience.
Resource Navigation
Connecting our community to immigration, mental health, housing, and legal support.
Advocacy
Amplifying Caribbean LGBTQ+ voices in policy, research, and public discourse.
Born from community, built for community
QCN was founded by Caribbean LGBTQ+ people who saw a gap: vibrant identities that didn't fit neatly into existing queer spaces or Caribbean cultural organizations.
We're an early-stage nonprofit building something lasting โ a home for everyone who holds multiple truths at once: the warmth of the islands and the fullness of queer life.
